"Bully-Free" Workshop The goals of this workshop are to:

Second and third grade students respond especially well to this workshop. They enjoy discovering meanings behind various types of behavior in themselves and others. During a 40 minute presentation conducted by the author, Marcy stories are used to facilitate class participation in a wide variety of topics ranging from bully-free conflict resolution to creative writing. The approach taken engages students in a fun-filled sharing of thoughts and ideas in a safe environment. From 1996 to the present, Ms. Iankowitz has enjoyed working with parents, children, teachers, guidance counselors, principals and librarians in elementary and middle schools throughout the lower Hudson Valley and upper Westchester areas. Since 2003, she has been making presentations at libraries and elementary schools throughout the lower Hudson Valley, Putnam County and Northern Westchester, in New York.
